Made me sad

It was a smaller room. I wasn’t comfortable, there wasn’t a safe. I wanted a refund and asked for one but was refused. It was clear I was uncomfortable and I wasn’t going to stay. The owner didn’t care and made me pay for all the days I booked even tho I only stayed for one. It was actually heartbreaking I was already going through a lot but she didn’t care. I wish I could have just gotten a refund but she didn’t want to. America is way better when it comes to hotels and refunds.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et encore une chambre sur rue. Ça ne serait pas gênant si les fenêtres étaient correctement isolées, mais les ferment mal et n'offrent aucune protection contre le bruit du boulevard qui est très fréquenté. Accueil agréable et établissement bien situé.
