Beautiful and perfect location. Felt safe. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel did not get my hotel.com booking but they still honored it. However it took them til 5p to have a room ready. I made a terrible mistake in booking this hotel. Terrible customer service felt more like a third-world country hotel than in France. They don't care about you let alone try to help you. Night shift guy WSAM or whatever his name is hung up the phone on me and didn't care what I wanted. Worst hotel in France.
