Pros - Close to Gare de Lyon. (Approx 5 min walk) Plenty of food options around. Surrounding area is relatively safe and quiet. There is a supermarket nearby (Carrefour) Cons - Bathroom is quite small. It was okay as I was travelling alone.

Really great front desk service. Always had someone there. Hotel was very clean and prompt. Only thing I did not like was that it is noisy. You can hear your neighbors in other rooms because the walls are not thick.

We stayed just one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge had a good command of English, which was very helpful to us. The room was clean and adequate for our short stay. The breakfast was good, reasonably priced at 14 euros. Hotel is conveniently located near Gare de Lyon and Gare d’Austerlitz. Lots of nice little brasseries nearby.

The stay was fine. But seriously the cleaning staff need to be changing the bed sheets in between stays… My boyfriend and i found many things with the roon that werent clean prior to our arrival including the carpet, the sink and bath. The hairs ib the bed was the worst part of it… apart from that the breakfast was great and location was amazing but seriously the cleanliness needs to step up

Very nice place to stay. I was there 3 nights. The staff were very helpful and very nice to deal with especiallyRuth. The place is well kept and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It's in a good neighborhood with lots to do around the area.

Very disappointing stay in a chain I usually prefer, more so as the price was at a premium. While the decor is standard 9Hotel, our room was too small (even for Paris - should have been sold as a single), had no ventilation apart from wide-opening the window to the (major) street, had no hot water and when we reported were mansplained by the staff - twice - instead of fixing it. The room also had no hang space apart from at waist height under a shelf and nowhere to hang a wet outdoor coat and the only power point was under the fire alarm so making tea set it off. Dreadful room (#49), avoid at all costs.

I stayed for one night during September because of its convenience to Gare de Lyon. Great location. Helpful staff, small but clean rooms and noise levels reasonable. For an overnight stay in a convenient location at an affordable price, this does the job.
