"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? "Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by Ivana and Monica. Ivana was very kind and helpful, always ready to meet my requests! The room was quiet, cosy, very clean, had a comfortable bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains! Very good buffet breakfast included! Good value for money! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner. But the spa was superior and Sebastain and the other lady gave excellent massages. Would highly recommend staying in this luxurious...

"Amazing property. We stayed in the smaller building in which the restaurant is as we got a suite (our young child slept in the pull out sofa) The room was clean, modern, comfortable and easy to access. The breakfast choices / quality is top notch. The service friendly and helpful. I give this a five star. Only negatives I would say is WiFi is not good and the pool was not usable, but this time of season i was not expecting to use it anyway (too cold). Would surely stay in this hotel again if in the area. "
