"This sweet little hotel offers a perfect location - close to the beach, the train station and the square to catch buses. There is a bus from the Nice airport (#82) that drops you just two blocks above the hotel. Rooms have separate a/c and heating units. They are simple rooms but an excellent value for the area so close to Cannes and Antibes. "Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were up to standards. Air conditioning didn’t work so well, but at night it gets a bit colder (helps as well to drink something cold before going into bed). Bring your own shampoo or bodywash, because there isn't any provided. In general good location, easy access to the train station and overall a nice place to be. Would visit again"

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

Number one for convenience

"Hotel le Sud is in an excellent location, only 2 minutes from the rail station, and convenient to the town centre, restaurants and the beach. Cleanliness is first class and reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious and generally quiet and comfortable. My only issue is that I found the bed too hard for me (but others might have no issues). Certainly give it a go, the location and cleanliness is superb. "
