1) Positivos - Funcionários mt amigáveis e solícitos - Ambiente agradável - Ar condicionado e chuveiros excelentes (eu particularmente me importo mt com isso) - Localização mt boa, perto do centro 2) Construtivos - Wifi (apesar de ser dito que era 150MB e fibra óptica) estava péssimo. Conexão flutuava o tempo inteiro, caindo muito, impossível fazer reunião ou assistir a um filme a noite. Só consegui trabalhar compartilhando o 4G do meu celular na área de fora (pq nem o 4G funcionava no quarto) - Limpeza do quarto "ok" mas HORRÍVEL nas demais áreas. Banheiro da academia vergonhoso. Nao tive nem coragem de entrar de tao sujo e abandonado. O mesmo vale pra área da piscina, mtmtmt suja ali perto dos banheiros (q inclusive estavam fechados). - Cafe da manha gostoso (bolos eram excelentes, molhadinhos!) e bem arrumado mas tiveram alguns erros básicos e alguns mt graves: a) nao serviram pao de queijo, só se vc pedisse (como eu ia saber?); mas por curiosidade eu pedi, demoraram ~7min e me trouxeram LITERALMENTE 1 mini pao de queijo que ainda estava branquinho (um pouco cru). Um! b) sucos pessimos; quiseram encher de agua pra render e ficou mt, mas mt ruim mesmo. Bebi cafe e depois agua no quarto (e eu geralmente bebo uns 3-4 copos de sucos) c) pouca disponibilidade de guardanapo (acho q esqueceram de por num lugar ali pra pegar) d) falta de pontualidade pra começar a liberar o cafe (creio que pq faltaram funcionarios; ok, acontece!) Corrijam esses detalhes e vão ser TOPs!!!!

Pontos positivos: a beleza do lugar, o atendimento dos proprietários e dos funcionários, o café da manhã. As camas são confortáveis e tudo, realmente, é muito caprichado. Pontos negativos: os quartos do subsolo são muito úmidos. Muito mesmo. Em um lugar de praia, isso significa que as roupas de banho simplesmente não secam. Quem tem algum tipo de alergia, precisa levar isso em consideração. A título de sugestão, acho que a pousada poderia investir em algum tipo de desumidificador, instalar um pequeno varal retrátil e, como cortesia, trocar diariamente as toalhas de banho, porque ficam ensopadas.

Os apartamentos luxo que ficamos são bons, banheiros limpos e em bom estado, atendimento ótimo. A estrutura na parte de fora poderia estar melhor cuidada, mas nada que tenha nos atrapalhado. Recomendo.

Um boa opção
O ponto do forte da pousada são as áreas comuns, realmente bem agradáveis. No entanto, alguns detalhes merecem atenção. O chuveiro da piscina não estava funcionando. No café da manhã, alguns itens são muito bons (bolos e pães) e outros não (sucos e as frutas). O quarto do sub-solo, obviamente tem pouca luz natural, mas se a pintura do quarto estivesse mais nova e o quarto com melhor iluminação seria bem mais agradável. Deu a impressão de que há alguma preocupação com redução de custos, o que compromete alguns detalhes. Passando por cima disto, dá para ter uma boa estadia. O ponto forte é o visual à beira do canal.

Place with potential
The place has so much potential but I don't think they take care of it. The cleaning of the pool and outside ares could be better. We had to ask for toilette paper. Since there were quite a lot of flies in breakfast it would be better to use boxes with lids for everything. The flies were sitting on the fruits etc. Since the hotel is quite far from the center it would be nice if they had a bar. It was nice to sit outside.

Pousada legal, aconchegante e muito tranquila. O que deixou a desejar foram duas coisas: Quarto muito pequeno e a porta do banheiro em vidro que dava para ver de dentro pra fora e vice versa. Ou seja, a privacidade em tomar banho e outras necessidades ficaram meio desconfortável, pois fui com um amigo de trabalho. Acredito que esse tipo de quarto possa ser mais útil a um casal. Mas não sei se todos os quartos são assim.
