"This is a party venue first and foremost. It is a hotel only incidentally. It is only one level, immediately above the noisy party. Complaining to the front desk doesn’t help: supposedly the party venue is under separate management. Stay only if you are hard of hearing."
"Amazing hotel and fantasic desk staff. The front desk staff couldnt be more helpful with ordering taxis, offering advice on food options etc.. room service from the restaurant was superb.
Some of the room furnishings may be in need if an update but the current ambience and style should be maintained. Some minor maintenance issues were noted to the staff who immediately took steps to action.
Overall, a superb place to spend a few restful days"
"Very pleased with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size, warm, pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Kettle and coffee/tea in room. Good size bathroom with shampoo etc supplied.
Free parking outside and also at rear of premises.
Breakfast at an extra charge was good but not the best thing about our stay.

"Nice hotel for a good price. We book a junior suite in description was minibar, but there were non in that junior suite. Reception moved us to the next building 4* hotel Arsenal with free pool acces, to a standard room but with aircondition and minibar. So our stay was very good, I would book this hotel everytime again. The pool is really great benefit."

"This hotel and staff were wonderful! There was plenty of free parking and clean environment. The hotel was very convenient to all roads. One of the most amazing things was the breakfast buffet, which was the most extensive variety of choices I've ever seen. Also, the staff was warm and very professional making my stay so much more pleasant."
