The flat was confortable except for one point: It was located right by the swimming pool and some guests happened to be extremely noisy either early in the morning (before 8:00) or late at night (after 11pm) and this was very annoying during our stay

Beyond expectations
We visited Paphos for one night to fly off the next morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will visit again for sure. The apartment was spacious, clean, affordable, and perfectly located for strolls along the seaside promenade of Kato Paphos. Highly recommended.

Cheap cheerful accommodation in a quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need for a budget holiday. It has a kitchen area with large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and plenty of cutlery with pots and pans. The only thing you have to be aware of is there is a charge of €5 per day if you want to use the air conditioning. Not a problem really, just factor it into you daily cost for the hotel room. It's still really cheap and good value. The location of the hotel is not in the Paphos town, but there is a bus stop nearby 5 minutes away on the main street that can take you into town. The bus stop is outside the 'Tea for two' restaurant across the street. If you want to walk it will take around 30 minutes following the main road. It's very flat with no hills. The beach is also nearby and you can enjoy a nice scenic walk along the coastal path into town, again about a 30 minute relaxing walk with plenty of benches to rest on if need to.

Fair accommodation for the price.
We used this place as a stop gap between checking out of our villa at 1000 and flights at 2300 so we had a place to stay, charge phones, fresehen up and use our last day to its fullest. Price was the main driver for staying here and it was pretty cheap with enough around to keep the kids entertained. Ample restaurants, shops and beach within walking distance which was really good. Cons- no smoke alarm in the apartment and some of the windows had bars on them so no escape through those in an emergency. Air-con comes at additional charge. Pros- customer services very helpful and kind. Cooking facilites, though dated served their purpose very well. Beds very clean and comfortable. Wifi was free and good.

Nice place and fair value for the price. It's close to the sea, in a dead end road so no through traffic, nice little pool, nice little balcony with the sun in the morning for a sunny breakfast outside, and generally quite spacious. It was a bit cold as we didn't have a remote control for the AC/heating, and the blanket was a bit thin, with the second blanket it was ok. Toilet seat was loose, so better sit down carefully.

No microwave, no coffee maker, not enough crockery, though these were all included in the description. No housekeeping visit for the whole week (though one was promised) so sheets and towels were not changed and we had to buy toilet paper. There was a €5 charge per day for aircon which was not in the description. The fridge was very old with spots of rust and noisy. Definitely not 4 star, only a 3 star max. If we had received everything (the basics) that was stated in the description it would have been much more comfortable. Good area for restaurants, walking distance to the sea front, from where its a nice walk to Paphos harbour

A nice apartment but needs changes in my opinion
The description of apartment service states it is ilimited but my own experience for my weeks stay can only be described as non existent. I have no problem cleaning up after myself but the lack of even a sweeping brush made this impossible. The apartment was spotless when we arrived but fresh towels and bed linen would have made our stay so much nicer (also toilet paper and rubbish bin emptying). My last negative was the lady that let her children run up and down stairs shouting and screaming before 8am while she was servicing rooms above, it didn't make for a pleasant start to the day.
