The Trillium Cabin was a quiet retreat from the tourist driven excess of much which is nearby. The welcome including tasty dessert offerings with a wide choice of beverages was a unexpected treat. The Jacuzzi for two soothed our tired hiking trail joints. The breakfast delivered to our cabin was an excellent start to our day. Unfortunately, we only had time to stay one night.

The hotel was really nice, but upon checking in, I was doing a split payment, partial card, partial cash, and none of the employees can figure out how to do that after about an hour and a half of us standing there after being really extremely tired of being from being at Dollywood all day they told me they were sorry they were gonna have a manager take care of it. Everything was all good because I had the money I paid for it and then after we checked out, they tried to charge my card multiple times again for the same amount Over and over again and then later the next day on Monday, they charge my card $123.84 again which is very concerning they charge me again so I like the hotel. It was great but the service and the employees are not trying to know what to do when it comes to stuff like that I shouldn’t be charged like that again very disappointed

There were beds for 6 people but only seats for 5. Add another chair/love seat to the living room. The door didn’t lock properly. The handle is loose. Needs to be fixed. Maybe consider a number pad/code lock.
