"Check-in with the machine can be a bit tricky but help-line is always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Decent bathroom. You should spend time in the balcony…. The view of the valley and mountains is literally breathtaking. You can use your Swiss Travel Pass for most of the bus route. Public bus service is as useful as in Switzerland. "

"The hotel is in a great location right on the main pedestrianised street. I arrived early and the cleaning lady showed me where I could store my luggage in a locker. However, when I returned later to check-in, I wasn’t able to access that area without a key card.
