"Buyers Beware! This listing on Expedia is NOT real which I found out when I got to the place at midnight. The Expedia team refused to accept my report of the fake listing and my situation. I was not refunded and now I have no choice but to attempt to chargeback to get my money back while still having to pay extra to stay somewhere else. "Fabulous little hotel just a 5 min walk from the Bob Marley Museum. A safe hotel, basic but what we expected, very clean (I would have given it 6 stars if I could), easy to find, loads of parking. "Very good stay, clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. The location was also a big bonus. This apartment is across street for the Pegasus, Marriott and the Emancipation park. The cost was a fraction of a room at the Marriott. Mark the manage was very helpful as well. It is worth giving this apartment a try."

"Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."
