"Check in easy,staff wonderful and they Explained how parking works free for 24hrs and anything after was paid for. This was one of the main reasons we booked here was for the free parking. Also we liked the idea of the hotel being styled like a ship it made our weekend getaway for Valentine's a unique stay. Our Deluxe king cabin Room was absolutely spotless and the bed was so comfortable and soft bedding. The bathroom was well lit. Could of done with better bathroom extraction in there or it wasn't working the best but it's no biggie. So easy to walk to most things from this hotel it's in a good location and liverpool like street station is behind the hotel so we many even leave the car at home next time. We would definitely stay here again. Loved having a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. A small bottle of milk,water and cookies in the fridge was good too.we didn't want to check out and wished we had booked longer. Had a really good night's sleep and missing the bed now we are back home. "

"Everything about our stay at the Novotel was excellent. We arrived far later than expected but our room was not only ready but upgrades. The staff were so kind and could tell we had such a difficult day without us even mentioning it to them. It was very sweet of them to provide this for us. Room was clean and cleaning staff were friendly. The gentleman on the 15th floor cleaning rooms in the afternoon of Feb 16th was such a gem! "

"Warm welcome and offers of help with the luggage Smooth quick and friendly check in and shown to our room. Nice touch! Room was spacious clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little on the soft side for my liking (but that is just my preference). Staff are helpful and lots of patience, nothing was too much trouble You get what you pay for imo My only issue is that we couldn’t get into the dining room on either night we stayed as it was full. Disappointing given that we paid so much for the room and they couldn’t accommodate. "
