"I have stayed at the property before, and the standards are dropping. Bongani at reception was amazing, THANK YOU! The property needs serious maintenance. There are clear signs of moisture near the door of room 404. The floor-tiles in the bathroom are loose, the board supporting the vanity in the bathroom is rotten and the silicone that someone tried to apply is terrible. The shower-head is leaking water. The soap dispenser isnt proper, the reservoir is unceremoniously put on top thereof, and...

"This place was fantastic, if a bit aged. We had an issue with a room, and they promptly moved us to a new room with no hassle. The food was mixed, so would recommend trying to find elsewhere "

"Loved the style and staff service. Even if the hotel is in a more remote area there are few things to do around. The helicopter scenic flights from the hotel is definitely unique service."

"I would qualify everything about this place with exceptional. I wanted to thank each staff and copied down the names of our night and morning receptionists and gardener/manager, but lost the paper all with my car registration. Go figure. But the place is first rate with budget cost. The TV had hundreds of channels. The king size bed is comfortable. Wifi is strong. Beautiful room decor and spacious. No details overlooked. We came out of 5 days of stalking animals/birds in Kruger. It's perfect...
