"I always say that I would never stay at the same hotel twice when going on holiday. However, Ivi Mare is that good I would absolutely return and encourage others to book here. It was my first experience of Cyprus and it is certainly up there with the best experiences I’ve had on holiday. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade, although they never actually told us. We only realised when we discovered the hot tub on our balcony. You might think why would you use a hot tub in 30 degree heat but it was actually a nice way to relax in the evening. The staff were all absolutely excellent, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much hassle for them. This holiday was the perfect relaxation holiday. The hotel is adjacent to the beach. If you want to go for a swim on the sea I would however recommend walking further along the path to get to a less rocky section. The hotel is adults only which is exactly what we were after. Although keep in mind some neighbouring hotels aren’t adult only, but this really didn’t bother us. The ability to order cocktails (and food) to your sunbed, even the ones on the beach was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever drank so many Pina Coladas. The sun beds are the comfiest I’ve ever used. The food each night was excellent, by far the best buffet food I’ve had at an all inclusive, there’s plenty of choice. Myself and my partner had a massage treatment and it was absolutely worth the money. I’d highly recommend booking in for a treatment. "

"A lovely hotel. And excellent value. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was off-season when we were there so the hotel was quite empty. The only negative which we could find was that there were no curtains in our bedroom so that we could not open the shutters fully as people could see in."
