Room bed was not what we booked. They cannot change the bed for only one of the room. Out of good will we requested for a single mattress to be place on the floor. The hotel insisted on charging fir the extra bed. So disappointed n not stay in this hotel again !!!

Ok for short stay. The room is dated and not well maintained. Both toilets leak from the back making the tile floor wet. High risk of someone slipping. Advised the reception about issue but only make empty promises to have issue resolved. TV reception very poor. No tea orovided.

Lleguemos tarde por el ferry pero con la ayuda de Aída conseguimos un barco para llegar a la isla. Genial! Están renovando el hotel y está quedando bonito. El desayuno correcto con huevos al momento y fruta.

The hotel is located very near the beach which is great! Room was clean and tidy. There wasn't Wi-Fi in the rooms so that could be better. There was also only 1 TV channel that had reasonable resolution, the rest were just static black and white. Overall, service was good, staff was friendly, room was clean with minor points for improvement!

Not a good choice

I don't recommend here unless you have no others choice. 1) The room is dirty like they didn't clean/vacuum it 2) Bed is O.K. 3) Toilet is dirty 4) Air-Cond Temp. can't control and we like freezing. This make us need to ON/OFF the fan whole night. 5) WIFI only available in the lobby. 6) Location is good which near the beach and easy to get food and grocery. 7) There is a Duty Free Shop attached to the hotel

Very good hotel with delicious breakfast and dinner. The pool it's also good. 10 minutes walking to Pasir Bogak beach. 15 minutes to Nipah Bay by pink's taxi.

Dont stay.

This Hotel is very, very dirty. I refused to stay and walked out. Carpets water maked and dirty. Lift was filthy. Foyer was filthy dirty. Photos have now changed but still not true to life. Very small pool surrounded by the ugly building. Staff were helpful but manager very defensive.

The sound proof of the hotel is so bad.. In the evening they are having some activities at the pool side and some tenants are singing karaoke.. We are traveling for holiday and by the time we were in the hotel is our resting time.. We hope for peace and comfortable environment during our stay.. But this is so disturbing..

Nice stay, the pictures are not totally accurate.

Overall this was a positive stay at Coral Bay. The suite was large enough for my wife, myself and three teenage children. However don’t expect top quality luxury in the room. While the beds were comfortable and clean the decor of the rooms were basic. Some window catches were broken and the kitchen area was basic (kettle, fridge and sachets of coffee, sugar and creamer). The TV in the room only had local TV stations, no satelite channels like Astro. The air on was really efficient and the housekeeping staff cleaned our suite well. The breakfast was a good Malay style buffet, with eggs and roti cenais cooked fresh along with teh tarik. Basic lemak, noodles, cereal, juice, coffee and tea was also included. The breakfast staff were smiley and friendly. We all enjoyed the pool, although the gym area looked in need of an upgrade and repair, which was why it was unused. There was a convenience shop attached to the hotel selling lots of goods including cold beer. Overall I would probably stay there again, despite thinking that the price was a little too high at approximately RM420 per night.

Uniek was de netheid ( elke dag werd er schoongemaakt), ruime appartement, personeel waren erg lief en behulpzaam, eten was uitgebreid, en heerlijk en de ligging is erg goed. Wat er minder goed aan was is dat we niet konden koken . Wel een keuken met aanrecht aanwezig met waterkoker en glazen .

The room condition was quite bad, wooden bed frame has wooden chips falling off, 2 out of 3 air cons were spoilt but were repaired. So not too bad. The kettle was so dirty request new one and was changed. Swimming pool is nice. Breakfast was good indeed. Overall quite alright for the price. Good to relax and close to many street shopping and food outlets.

A memorable hotel stay

Should re-classify the hotel to half or 1 Star instead of 3 stars currently. As advertised FREE WIFI in the booking site BUT ONLY FREE IN THE HOTEL LOBBY! The hotel condition is really rundown aircon without remote control and limited manual control on a rundown condition. The TV is a obsolete CRT with blur picture and cabinet without handle and poor condition. You can fully dress or ware anything into the swimming pool.
