"The place had a nice hot water and we love the rain shower head. Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay. "

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. "New hotel in Bqguio, a must to check out! Affordable, spacious, with nice light vibes; good quality service, friendly smiling staff . Baguio is not as cold as it was before. Unlike the old classic hotel properties in the city, that dont have AC in the rooms, this hotel has AC installed in the rooms , that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The only thing downside maybe is the exterior design- make it more inviting… make the walkway better looking… additional nature touch to the front entrance will make it more”grande” looking as the name claims! Overall, Definitely will recommend "
