Was filthy upon arrival. Beyond notifying desk staff we were declined a room change and were denied a refund when we said we would just stay else where. We spent all of 30 seconds in the room before noticing and returning to staff. 0/10. Will never return. Rudeeee Staff. I wish I could add photos to show the GREEN THICK stains on pillows and the brown stains all over the exterior sheets

I booked with expedia and when I got there they did not have my reservation. I payed expedia and had to pay again at the desk. the room was not clean and there was a roach crawling up the lamp.

The staff rarely attended desk, photos do not state next to nightclub and level of disrepair. Automated text said "message if you need anything" however when a message is sent auto reply said text was not monitored and to reach out to front desk.

I thought the property owners arr trying hard but possibly limited staff. Beds were clean. Room was dirty. Gum stuck to headbord, I cleaned headboard some trim,lamps etc of months dirt,dust found pill for anxiety,part of a fingernail wore white socks on rug they were black end of stay. The continental breakfest was missing some main ingrediants such as milk for cereal etc I would not stay again for that price

Excellent Value and Service at Ramada Panama City
I recently stayed at the Ramada in Panama City and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed with the full breakfast provided each morning – it was a great way to start the day. The service overall was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. On top of all this, the rate was amazing for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend the Ramada in Panama City and would definitely stay here again.

The lobby restrooms were out of order the whole time. The elevator was extremely slow. Breakfast was very cheap. Hardly anything to pick from. The hallways were hot and muggy. And the smell of pot was everywhere. I had to go buy Fabreeze air freshener for our room. The oder was sometime unbearable. Some staff were friendly, but others were rude and unkind. Our tv quit working twice and had to ask numerous of times for someone to come fix it.

This is the worst Ramada,ever!! Dirty! Poor breakfast! Front desk staff-rude! Price was not what we agreed on. Trash all over the parking area. Lamps in room broken! No meats at breakfast! Stay anywhere but here!! Expedia should not recommend this to any clients!!

The place is run down and dirty. The cleanliness is definitely subpar. The air conditioning didn't really work in the first room I was in. One of the lights didn't work. The 4th floor smelled heavily of marijuana constantly. The furniture was stained up. The shower curtain wasn't clean. Room smelled odd. The bed was comfortable though.

Room needs a good cleaning and airing out.
The hotel linen was soiled on one of the rooms closest to the air conditioner. The room was not cool even on the lowest setting and that made it uncomfortable to sleep. The vent on the A/c was covered in black soot. The room also smelled stale.
