While the staff was great, the hotel itself was in poor condition, the carpet was filthy. My 9 month old was crawling on the floor in our room and his pant knees looked like they’d been grease stained. There was mold on the bathroom and on the shower curtain. The dining area was ok, but understaffed.

The beds were comfortable except the couch pull out was a very poor mattress. The pool was not heated so very cold and was really dirty. No supervision of any adults letting their children do what the wanted at pool. Had a 2 & 4 year old with us that could not even swim due the older children trying to jump,splash,& hit and kick them purposely to have total control. no towels for pool.

The poll was a little chilly to be July but it was indoors and a place to cool off. The staff was amazing and the place was very clean.

Employees were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast different variety. Could use larger cups for coffee but could just use your own coffee f you bring one. Website said there was a hot tub included with indoor pool but there was indoor pool only. But all in all very nice room, quiet stay and also very reasonably priced for the double queen suite we had with a sofa bed. Only down side a smoker was close by and the smoke was entering thru our bathroom but as long as we kept the bathroom vent can running you didn’t smell it. We let an employee know when we noticed and didn’t smell it again after that. This was no smoking facility and we were in a non smoking room according to booking site as well of this clears things up.

Great location for what we needed - only issue was entering parking lot requires a Uturn usually with lots of traffic of people who won’t let you in to get to entrance.

The room was big and the building was quiet. When we got to our room, there was obvious dirt and garbage on the carpeting. We contacted the front desk and he brought up a vacuum and swept the floor himself. The hardwood floor also left the bottoms of our socks black after walking on it.

Nice stay breakfast area needs work
This is a nice hotel. Had a king bed suite which was very comfortable, room stays cool which I enjoyed that but you can keep ac on auto and it will kick on when needed. The bathroom was small, had to close the door to sit on commode or take a shower. Had plenty of towels/washclothes. The breakfast area was not configured right and is small and very crowded. Has 1 waffle maker which always had a long line of people waiting for. You had choice of type of eggs, meat and buscuit the 2 days we were their.. Also had 3 types of cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, coffee, pastry, milk and orange juice. You always felt like in the way of the worker who was restocking area as food ran out as the employee door is right in the middle of breakfast area.

Staff was super friendly. I however was super disappointed by the fact it says that there is a hot tub and even shows having a hot tub but there isn’t one. The stay was super average and paying as much as I did I feel like I could have went anywhere else and has a better experience. It’s disappointing looking forward to something to find out they don’t even have it. Could have gotten a hotel closer to the beach.

My only real complaint is the condition of the fitness equipment. Couldn't get much of a workout with things broken. Also the microwave tray was missing. Apart from that it was a good stay.
