The apartment is located in a good area but everything inside looks old, the sofas look dirty and the place smells bad, the pillows are flat and the living room Ac is not working, beautiful view but the apartment needs a lot maintenance. Very disappointed with my stay.

Apartment was EXTREMELY DRITY bed sheets where dirty with yellow stains, walls, doors dirty looks like one has clean since it was purchased. Sofas dirty. The bed frame on the room where falling apart couldn’t even move. I always try to see the positive of everything and I do not like to leave negative comments but this place I would never recommend AT ALL OR TO ANYONE. I will never stay her again the apartment number was 31A.

I like the view of the apartment and the responsiveness was really quick and effective . I did not like: The place was dirty, felt dirty and smells dirty. The sofas smelled like other people body odor, the floor was dirty, the beds smelled dirty, there was water leaking from the AC , the shower floor was black , the bathroom ceiling moldy black and the door’s handles were coming off. Good customer service, but nobody pay attention to the maintenance and cleanliness of this place .

Unfortunate I did not checked the reviews before picking the location, we need to check in earlier. We weren't able because they were supposed to be cleaning the apartment, when we finally got the keys 🙄. I found trash in the covers, bedroom, could use the microwave was broken, the stove hardly worked, floors was sp dirty I don't think the place being mop in a while, my Granddaughter socks were so dirty. Have to use shoes inside. Pretty disappointing.

Very very basic kitsch equipment and certainly not clean including a microwave that was burned… Communication with the property owner is very hard and not very friendly. We were 3 adults in the apartment but we’ve received only 1 key to the apartment

The view is breathtaking, the higher floor you go the more coverage you have. You can look on the birds flying beneath the windows while you relax. The wifi needs more strength tho but its ok. Place needs a little paint but its still beautiful and comfortable. Good for family trips too

The view was immaculate and the appartment was really nice. Issues was no one spoke English at the front desk, the elevator was not stopping on the floor of the appartment and we got less blankets.

I like the location in the city and the view. The apartment was modern and up to date. They also responded to our request whetever we reached out to them. The parking was secure and safe. There was restaurant and shopping near by. I would recommend and would return in the future.

Great view but think twice
Pros: Unmatched view: Sweeping vistas from every floor-to-ceiling window. Spacious common areas: Ample room for relaxation and entertaining. Cons: Maintenance Nightmare: Both pool and elevators out of service. Fitness Farce: A so-called gym, equipped with broken gear. Health Hazard: Black mold in apt. Laundry Disaster: Washing machine stains clothes; dryer barely functional. Comfortless: Intermittent air conditioning, filthy couch, unclean living conditions including the discovery of a condom, hair, trash, and other people's clothes. Sleepless Nights: Damaged beds; dirty sheets and towels. Purchased our own sheets and towels Hygiene Horror: Dirty kitchen, appliances, and cabinets. Utterly Unkempt: Poorly maintained closets and mishmash of dishes and hangers. Utility Failures: Spotty electricity and Wi-Fi. Access Issue: A single key for a three-bedroom apartment. Rusty Reality: Outdated and rusty kitchenware. Design Flaws: Inadequate seating for occupants. Shower Scare: Moldy showers. Absentee Owner: Low responsiveness to issues. Lobby Disgust: Roach-infested couch. Unbearable Elevators: Really hot elevators. Lukewarm Showers: Inadequate water heating. Noise Nuisance: Persistent street noise despite being on the 28th floor. Verdict: For those valuing cleanliness, functionality, and responsive management, this apartment falls egregiously short. Ideal for those with minimal living standards; professionals and those accustomed to quality should think twice.

The view from the apartment was great. Everyone loved it. The communication with the host was fine... got back on timely manner. The place is conveniently located. however, the apartments (twenty-fives A) are listed as 'Luxury' buy, they are Not as they are in need of maintenance. Parking is VERY difficult. There were numerous spots open at lower level, but we were not allowed to park there. Also, the total amenities provided for 6 days: 1 towel per person, 2 rolls tissue paper, 2 small tubes of shampoo and conditioner. Thank God it was a 'luxury' apartment. Pool area was fine and as depicted in Pic. Gym was small with outdated equipment and some machines out of service. Forgot to mention common bathroom sink faucet was loose but did work. My understanding of renting an apartment is to have 'Home away from Home' experience, well this is not. FYI... Netflix is not included as indicated online. If management can fix/improve these and other conditions, this could be a good place to stay. for now NO! Sorry!!

The property was great! The mattresses were confortable. The only thing that was challenging was the getting to the tight parking garage, for experienced drivers only! Other than that we had a great stay! I would recommend!!
