We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and to our delight, the lobby was locked, which for security purposes we appreciated. The Manager at the front desk, Victoria Bryant, was professional and friendly and had the energy of the energizer bunny! We stayed for 3 nights and saw her several times and she was the same every time. She made sure we were satisfied and had what we needed, as did the other front desk employees when she wasn't there. The room wasn't over the top but was comfy and dark and had a mini fridge, we played pool downstairs and even chatted it up with fellow guests. The hotel is in a convenient location if you are there for baseball and within driving distance to many dining options. The hotel also provided free breakfast and had an array of snack, drinks, and travel essentials for sale if needed-and if you don't see what you need, just ask! We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We were able to checkin early. Forgot about the hour change coming from Orlando. Front desk was amazing! Very helpful and funny. Decent breakfast. A lot to choose from. Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The shower didn’t have body wash. It was conditioner and lotion. The body wash was next to the sink so we filled up a cup and took it in the shower. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My Partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! There are a ton of amenities offered here and the price for a room was really good considering how nice and clean it was. Our room was very spacious and had a big TV. All of the workers were really nice at the front desk & I would definitely stay here again next time i’m in Panama City Beach.

All lobby and dining room staff were excellent. The person that was supposed to clean the room never did clean the room. while we were there. Their policy specifically says they will make the bed and refresh the room every other day. We were there for 3 nights. No one cleaned the room and I had to find a downstairs attendant to get a roll of toilet paper.

The bed was like a sheet of plywood and the fitted sheet would not stay on bed. The pillows were worn out (even though this was a new hotel) with some of the king size pillows in a queen size pillow case. I requested soap and toilet paper since we were nearly out of toilet paper and was out of soap at check in. It was written down but we never got it. They only service the room after second day and they came just after 9 am for that service. I told him we'll be out in 5 minutes, which we were. He never did returned to make the bed, change out the towels, PUT TOILET PAPER AND SOAP IN ROOM (we used our own). The room doesn't have a closet just a rod to hang clothes and it doesn't have draws just use your suitcase. I paid for room through Orbitz but they charged my card $150 for incidentals. Waiting to see if that gets credited. Too be fair, the breakfast was small but tasted good. I would remove the word Hilton from the name of Tru. I will never stay at another one and may not stay at a Hilton with this kind of service. It was a brand new hotel and figured it would be clean but was shocked by the conditions of the small room and lack of toilet paper/soap and service.
