"Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. "Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. "I was blown away by the breathtaking views and the amazing room! It was incredibly spacious and had everything I could possibly need. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were exceptionally polite, reliable, and professional. I’m really glad I chose to stay at Jenny’s Paradise! Yvan was also a huge help in arranging tours and sharing invaluable local insights."

"The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had issues with the internet connection in our room the first two days, but they got it rectified. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again if we go to Panajachel. "

"The view was beautifully from every corner of the property. I would definitely recommend. We arrived a lil late, so the restaurant was closed. We were given an option to order room service, but were then told the kitchen was actually closed. The good thing is that the rest of the town was a short drive & we were able to easily eat outside of the hotel. We also requested a boat service from a near by town. We had to pay a dock fee. Everything else was amazing. "
