"Very clean property and good breakfast. Parking was a bit tight. We had a 2 bedroom suite but there was only AC in the living room area and the room that was facing away from the AC was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night "

"Yolculuk hslindeyken cep telefonundan rezervasyon yaptık.gece daat 2 3 gibi gelecğimizi bildirdik.görevli resepsiyonda 24 saat görevli var problem yok dedi. Saat 3.10 gece otele geldik. Görevli yoktu.cama bir telefon numarası bırakmışlar daha önce konustugumuz numaradan farklı ..her iki numarayı da defalarca aradık ve ulasamadık .saat 4 u gecti bu arada sabrımız kalmamıştı eşim cocuklar ve ben yol yorgunu saat cok geç.çaresizce internetten otelle ilgili baska telefon aradık.aynı firmanın...

"Tam bir aile pansiyonu. Personel ilgili ve anlayışlı. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve doyurucu.Açık havuzu, kapalı termal havuzu, Türk hamamı ve saunası harika. Temizliği içimize sindi. "I think this is the worst place in my Tourism experience. Hotel.com should stop such service proivders. Firstly its very diffto communicate about your room. Secondly no one was at reception. I called in cell phone byt they couldn't understand english. There was only ine room available but i git it adter 1 hour long traslation. The room which we got does not have any AC in bedroom. "Öncelikle iletişimde hiçbir sorun yok aradığım her an resepsiyona vs ulaştım.Fakat hayatımda kaldığım en pis apartdı halı ve yerler pislik içinde, tuvalet pis ti,klima yok hemde -1 zeminin de altını verdiler hem havasız hem sıcakta mahvolduk, klimalı ve daha temiz oda için benden 80 TL fazla istendi. Saç kurutma makinesi yok, banyoda ayna yok, küçük şampuan sabun duş için yok,dolapta su bile yoktu insan 2 tane dolaba su koyar.Kısacası kesinlikle önermiyorum yazık olur paranıza biraz daha fazla...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Heaven Suite Hotel, a charming family-run business, and I can't recommend it enough! The customer service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly spacious and featured a very comfortable bed—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The Turkish breakfast offered was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. What truly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of providing towels and shampoo for our visit to Pamukkale after check-out. It’s these little details that make a big difference!
