"Straight to the point: i was dissapointed at this hotel because: advertised facilities: thermal pool, sauna, turkish bath wasnt heating, however staff told me its working, when i came over there (in swimming suit after shower!), i've got frozen in 5 minutes, literally, all those things are located in a basement, dark and cold, plus, its a "very smoking area", i dont have any issues with lungs but it was hard for me to breath. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot!
