It’s in an industrial area, but right in front of a very large shopping mall, where there are lots of eating options and, if one needs anything, also shopping. The city is quite small. "We stayed in Pamplona during San Fermin. This hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the city center, so it was a nice quiet place in contrast to the crazy festival. The hotel gave us red scarfs for the festival, so we didn't have to buy our own which was a neat bonus. We didn't do the buffet breakfast at the hotel, but the cafe they have is really nice and serves great food and coffee. We highly recommend it. Staff were helpful and there was a laundromat nearby which was super. "

The area was decent and it was around 30 mins walk into pamplona.
