"Getting up on the hill was definitely a new experience but the place , view and employees were amazing. Owner himself made sure we had everything we needed , accommodated when needed even suggested places we should visit. Loved the experience and view was breath taking "

"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. "The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees, You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to. The pool is also an added bonus( though we did not use it) Suzanne also helped us with restaurant recommendations & getting Uber/ transport options. Would wholeheartedly recommend Suzzane’s BnB ( we did not opt for the breakfast option) "

A Hidden Gem with Stunning Views of Kingston

"Staying here felt like a dreamy escape into nature. It was as if we were sleeping among the treetops! The lush surroundings and panoramic views over Kingston were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were full of charm, evoking that classic, old-school Jamaican vibe that made the experience feel authentic and cozy. Service was attentive and warm, and the food? Simply delicious! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Jamaica. My photos does not do it justice! Important Note on the Drive to the Property The road leading to the property is quite narrow and can feel a bit intimidating, especially if you’re not an experienced driver. Since the location is high up in the mountains, expect steep climbs, winding hills, and stretches without guardrails. Use caution, take your time, and be prepared for a scenic—but challenging—drive."

"Responded immediately with all our needs I got home and I’m day dreaming about the view it’s even better then the photos very accommodating we loved this place on site restaurant was soooo good staff was nice they offered pick up from airport for additional fee which was cheaper than cabs because it is all the way up the mountain the property was spacious, clean linens washer and dryer in the unit full kitchen the bedrooms was spaced out ideal for families traveling we took out boys they played in the game rooms and spent the whole in the pool each day gated, secure, super friendly locals right outside the city we loveddddd this place "

A great 2 star hotel

"Well now, this is officially only a 2 star hotel and so you might easily overlook it, but this is a really GOOD 2 star - big bedrooms with excellent AC, a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool et., powerful WiFi signal, which is a big PLUS! Staff are laid back and not fussing around and an authentic breakfast which is really good for onlyJ$1,500pp. There is short path to a lovely secluded beach with a gentle sea to bathe in. You need a car for sure, as quite a rough access road, but don't be put off by this. Guaranteed you'll be pleasantly surprised, especially by the savings you'll make over swishier establishments. Try for a night or two first of all to see if you like it and I'm sure you will."

"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for. We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and exceeded my expectations in this area. Suzanne the owner and Shane were very welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again but LONGER and recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. Finding the place was a bit difficult and would recommend a call to the property before heading out and getting additional directions. There was also construction when we visited but that didn’t interrupt our trip. Book today and stay awhile and enjoy nature at this naturally beautiful property."
