"Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. "Such a beautiful property & great value!!! Unbelievable views from our room of the waterfall on property grounds. Photos of the property do not do it justice. We booked this very last minute due to a change of schedule due to rain & the host’s communication was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved our change of plans. Not only was this property beautiful & full of hummingbirds, but Bajos del Toro was charming & had so much to offer. "

Perfect stop after a long journey

"Just stayed one night after a long journey, and all was great, easy free airport shuttle (did have to ask for instructions before hand though felt they should have emailed out how to find it although once you got there it was fairly clear) good selection of snacks as we entered for tired kids. Room service was prompt and tasty, didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well looked after. If u were also renting a car it looked super easy to sort (we weren’t) Breakfast was ok lovely touch with the valentines display though. All in all was perfect for what we needed "

"An amazing property to stay at if you have a quick 24-36 hour layover in Costa Rica. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are incredibly designed to provide a cultural feel with eco sensitivities, and the best part is that the property has about 2-3 hours of hiking available on the grounds Will come back next time I'm flying through SJO"
