"Overall was ok. It was noisy as my room was close to the main Road. Spacious room with spa. Spa had some unknown yellowish plastic stain which didn’t look appealing to use. Requested for 30mins late check out time I was declined.I had an online meeting scheduled from 0900-1000, just in cause my meeting drags on I requested for an extra 30mins late checkout at 1030, it was declined. I thought it was a reasonable request, but to them it was not. "

"This accommodation is a hidden jewel and I would happily recommend this place to others. It is super clean, comfortable, warm, safe, modern and a perfect place to unwind. The owners are wonderful people and we felt very welcomed when we first arrived to check-in. We will definitely be using this accomodation in the future if we are back in Palmerston North, it really is top notch! "
