Saímos às 11h do quarto e colocamos a devida identificação para fazer a arrumação e quando chegamos às 17h, o quarto não havia sido limpo e arrumado. (vale destacar que estávamos em uma categoria superior de quarto, não era standart). Ao ligar na recepção fomos atendidos por um colaborador que não tinha treinamento adequado para lidar com soluções de problemas. Para termos uma ideia ele sequer pediu desculpas pela situação. E acreditem, fui informado que após às 16h não há mais profissionais para arrumar o quarto (isso que estamos falando de um dos “melhores” hotéis da cidade). A solução era nos trocar de quarto, porém, as malas já estavam desfeitas e todas as roupas nos cabides (não íamos fazer novamente a mala e desfazer em outro quarto). Só após pedir para falar com o gerente, que nos enviaram pelo menos as toalhas para tomarmos banho e os itens de cafeteira, e continuamos no mesmo quarto sem arrumação. A supervisora nos trouxe os itens e foi muito simpática e profissional. O gerente gentilmente nos ofereceu um late check-out até às 18h no dia da nossa saída, mas mas isso não fez diferença perante tamanho transtorno, ainda mais que estávamos comemorando uma data especial. Para reforçar o despreparo da equipe e falta de uma boa gestão, no outro dia arrumaram o quarto, mas não fizeram a reposição dos itens de cafeteira. E para finalizar com “chave de ouro”, no dia do check-out, às 10 horas da manhã, um colaborador bateu na porta do quarto para fazer a reposição de fri
