"It is in a very good location. Walking distance to beach, many restaurants as well as nightlife activities. The property itself is clean. Security is good. We did have problems with the hot water because we weren’t turning the knob correctly. My biggest complaint is we had no WIFI the entire stay. The property manager was responsive and did send someone to check hot water. Overall the stay was good. "

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"Clean, very well decorated, stocked well with basic necessities and more ( towels, beach towels and chairs, blow dryer, toiletries, smart TV). Easy access and convenient parking and good walkability which is key in that area as street parking is limited. Overall very enjoyable stay. "

"The only complaint I had was the shower not having a door or a floor barrier to keep the water from getting on the floor outside the shower. Otherwise I would still stay again and definitely recommend it. Excellent price for the location, cleanliness and amenities. The sleeping arrangements are also great for a family of 4. Spacious living areas including the bathroom."

"Beautiful view of the beach. Two rooms with the bathroom in between. Livingroom and dinning room had a view that was wonderful. All rooms had airconditioners. Close to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Full kitchen so you can make breakfast. Convenient for families with small kids. "

"Excellent resort with all amenities needed. They have everything available to where you don’t need to leave the resort. My only suggestion to management would be to have other dining options available at the resort besides the bar. Besides that, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. This property is quite far from old San Juan which makes getting around a bit of a hassle with the given traffic. "This hotel is a great inexpensive option right in the middle of the excitement of San Juan and only a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the room and common areas were clean and bright. There was also someone at the front desk 24 hour a day for security and help. There are a few first-come parking spots on the hotel property and when there wasn’t one available we easily found a spot on the street. I would happily stay here again on our next trip!"

"The property was clean as well as the room. Close to public beach and places to eat. I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings stale breads cereal and juices/coffee. I guess I was expecting a little more to start my day. Service at the front desk was mediocre I was never told to go and get my parking pass on the 2nd floor it wasn't until day 3 that another guest mentioned it while riding down in the elevator so I was paying parking over $30 / day instead of $15.00/day. Providing information at check in is necessary because you're guest doesn't know what questions to ask, not knowing about parking made me pretty upset. However now that I know I would consider staying again. "

"This resort is beautiful! Everything was perfect. We had a studio with kitchenette. No stove but fridge, microwave and dishes. Staff is wonderful, great pool, daily activities. We are at Mahi Mahi twice; great food at a great price. There is no nightlife nearby during the week, but the resort was a 10!"
