The property is old and needs to be renovated. The surface is uneven and you feel every bump as you're driving or walking. The room was clean, but the wall paper was peeling, the faucets were leaky, the door was hard to open/unlock, and the door was not properly sealed. Finally the toilet paper holder was rusty and ill fitting.

The room looked like areas of the wall was rotted and had mold. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. The curtains couldn’t and didn’t cover the entire window for privacy. The shower curtain was not able to hang correctly on the pole. The shower pole was hanging and was not mounted correctly.

The property has a lot of potential. Some easy fixes would be new carpet. New shower installs and a fresh coat of paint. Invest in these three things and you can get a return on your investment.

The TV in my room didn't work, the electrical sockets in the bathroom didn't work... we were there for a cheer comp and we needed to use hair tools and plug them in. I had to leave at 4 am to drive to other hotels with friends in them to my daughter's hair before arriving to the convention center. There was a hole in our wall above the AC and I could see the outside thru it, i.e. bugs can come in... I asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else and the manager refused it and said it was non-refundable. I also paid to have sockets that work and a TV that works and holes in walls patched up, but guess that didn't matter. Disgusting! NEVER stay here.

Cockroaches. I paid $365 for 15 minutes with cockroaches. I canceled my reservation. Staff asked if the cockroaches were by the toilet and microwave, which was astoundingly accurate. Staff said they’d refund one night of my 2-night stay, and that the manager would refund the other night if I contacted Expedia to set it up. I received no refund. Don’t stay here.

The location is conveinent. The room needs a total refresh. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the bathroom has mold on the ceiling, the baseboards are filthy, the carpet has rips that are covered with tape, the shower curtain is filthy and has a hole in it, the steps that lead to the upper level are unsafe. The rate for the room is way overpriced. The property is basically a dump in my opinion. It should be inspected by the city and go under a license review. Especially the health concerns that the mold in the bathroom can cause. To sum it up, I would never stay there again.

Room was clean, although in a some disrepair. Shower curtain was starting to come out of the wall so the shower leaked all over the floor no matter what I tried. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Woke of every morning with back, neck, and hip pain. Pillows are so lumpy! Outdoor hot tub and pool area was nice.

Nothing has been upgraded in years! The staff even admitted there was no renovations planned and the owners didn't care. Pool was unheated, hot tub worked one week, stone cold the next. Entire parking area was potholed. Old carpet and ripped wallpaper. Horrible.
