Very spacious! The unit we got had 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a full size living room with a full kitchen, plus the entire patio to ourselves. It was also located a few blocks to the central part of downtown Palm Springs so we were able to walk around.

Great location, walking distance to the downtown. Very cozy and clean contemporary style room. But very small pool. Definitely is a good choice for the next trip to Palm Springs .

Nice stay and amenities. The interior is stylish and has the necessities, but lacks simplistic things like Kleenex, bathroom nightlight, or a shelf in the shower for razor, soap, etc. Overall, totally would stay again. Good location to downtown w/ style and doesn't feel like a price gouge.

Very cool property and super convenient parking and check in. Seems very new. The design is awesome but it almost seems unfinished with the plywood ceiling and cement floor. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Was a bit dubious about booking a hotel through an app without contacting a person when checking in or out, but it turned out to be a fantastic stay. Beautifully designed room and great communication through the app by phone conversation or text messaging. The only downside is that tiny pool but I was there in quiet season so it wasn’t a problem. Great location close to the city centre

Luxury without the high price

Make sure you understand this is a contactless hotel and they are strict about check in/out times. That said, it was big, beautiful and really very inexpensive for what you get. Comes with kitchen, private patio, BBQ, living room, lap pool.

Fantastic stay. Much better than a regular hotel. We had 2 large rooms with their own bathroom, a large living room/kitchen/dining room, another bathroom, all modern and very nicely decorated. The outdoor space is super nice and private. It’s like renting a little house! There’s plenty of parking space on property but also just outside on the street. Restaurants and shopping are a very short walk from the property. The communication with the owner was excellent. There is a key pad and you receive a code to enter. Each room and main room has its own door. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!
