Stay away from EMP services skin services in the lobby area across from jewelry store. Bait and switch sales antics; felt I was in a time share presentation with my mother. Safe and services friendly; exercises equipment needs updating. Walkable to shops and restaurants. "

"This was our first trip to Aruba, and the Rio Palace was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The resort is spacious and welcoming, with every staff member making you feel right at home. We stayed in the all-inclusive section, where meals and drinks were part of the package. "Staff was amazing and always accommodating. Was not happy with the check in. They gave me the wrong room, then they gave me a room that was already taken. I walk in and thank god no one was in the room. They had all there stuff hanging in the closet and their pill were on the table. I had to go down to the desk for a 3rd time. It took 31/2 hours for me to get a room temperately only to move again in the morning to the room I actually book. It was a total night mare! The morning desk manager was...

"Perfect location. Nice new shopping center across the street with many restaurants. On a nice beach with 2 beautiful pools. A lot of amenities and activities. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"I stayed a week long it was really cute. They have fresh water soon as you walk in . The room was nice but when taking a shower the whole room started to sweat. The tv only had 4 channels.and the rooms are not soundproof i heard everything. Those are the only downsides. The free breakfast was so cute i wish they had lunch too. We had to beat the crowd and came at. 6:30. Staff was amazing. They offered yoga and other activities. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach. "
