"I had two weeks Christmas vacation. This is the only bad experience in lodging. First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. As normally you should get two set of pass code, one for the apartment door. As she said the audio on the phone is not good, she asked me to text her. After I text her, she sent a six digit PIN code. "Just stayed for one night. Easy, clean, no problems at all. Shame the weather wasn’t great at the morning sun on the back of the hotel where our balcony was would have been perfect for a morning coffee. Would stay again. "

"This is a very unique property which we enjoyed very much. We had read the the reviews so we knew that it could be loud from the city square. It was! But we were prepared. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day. No complaints from us. if you want modern-go to a modern hotel. We LOVED the history of where we were staying. We would have appreciated having coffee in the room instead of just tea bags. "

"Great location just outside the old Toruń, amazing staff, Joanna was great helped us with all our requests. Great rooms with a lot of space and all you need from a fridge to an electric kettle and coffees. You need to pay for parking but at least you can leave it there during the stay since the city is walkable..great place would recommend "
