"A great property next to the main metro line from termini station a great place to stay and get your bearings in a beautiful city"

"We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Fantastic apartment, huge rooms, two lovely bathrooms, all facilities catered for including washing machine and dryer. Three teenagers with us and it was perfect for eating there and close to the Metro and attractions. Cannot fault it at all and recommend to anyone."

"Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here."

"This is a multistory building with very small- close your own doors- elevator. You get the feeling of being in an authentic cultural experience. Small kitchen, sofa bed, with access to bathroom via the master bedroom. Air worked well. Host was available and helpful via the WhatsApp. Good experience here. 15 minutes walk to the Spanish steps."

"10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

"This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. I communicate with them mainly via WhatsApp. My room is quiet and spacious. Some areas of the hardwood floor are bulging up, could be due to past flooding events, but they really should fix it as it can easily trip a less abled person. "The stay in the hotel was good . I like the room was modern , service was good . Many people complained about noise but I stayed at 4th floor I can barely hear noise but I guess if you are in lower floor you will feel the noise . The breakfast was fine . The only complaint i have its about hot water , the hot water is inconsistent but is not a mayor issue for me"

"This is an excellent "budget" hotel. A short (5 min or so) walk from the Roma Termini train stations, and major attraction are also within a walking distance. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, plus multiple dining options right outside of the hotel. The only con is that the doors are very thin, and since our room was right next to the concierge desk, there was constant buzzing (all guests need to ring the door to enter the building). Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you for offering this opportunity to explore Rome! "
