When I and my cousin arrived at the hotel and checked in, there were no key cards for our rooms, and the front desk person had to let us into our rooms. Once we got to our rooms (303 & 305) we discovered that our television didn't work and the front desk person had to come up to the room to fix it. She didn't have a clue, so my cousin's grandson figured out how to get the TVs working. I also wasn't able to use the sofa bed in my room 305, because the room was cramped. I had my granddaughter with me as well and I needed for her to have her own bed. The room was hot and it had a musky smell. I have never experienced a bad time with this hotel chain before until May 8th, 2024..

Fire Alarm Awakening:(
I shared my room with my Grandson and the top lock wouldn’t lock the door, the two screws completely loose, then 6 am the fire alarm went off waking up our whole party and of course the kids would not go back to sleep afterwards because they were scared. Never again
