"Mostly excellent; however, I paid the night before for a morning shuttle, but in the morning the receptionist could not find a record of the payment. So I paid again for the shuttle. (In fairness, the receptionist offered to let me take the shuttle without repaying, but I felt awkward about that.)"

"I stayed here for two nights while attending an event in Terezin. I did not realize that most of the guests would be team members from sports teams. That made for an interesting vibe, but everyone -- EVERYONE - was super calm, polite, and quiet. My room was a single and it was small, but efficient. My window opened all the way which was great because I could get fresh air and cool the room off at night. I was on the 5th floor which I was glad about. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and really I could not have been more pleased with the whole set-up. If I'm ever in this area I will definitely stay again. "

One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous selection of fresh and tasty food, with something for everyone. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you value a good start to your day!"
