"Beautiful, modern and really well-designed rooms. Loved our view of Castello Estense and that we could easily walk to all sights. Breakfast was a very generous and delicious selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. It'd have been nice to have free luggage storage, like in most other hotels - but, admittedly, the paid lockers were another example of clever design. Will definitely be back next time we're in Ferrara and will recommend to others!"

"Room was a decent size, comfortable and had a pleasant view. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also good with a wide variety of food. We did ask for a quiet room if possible and unfortunately it turned out to be the opposite. Right next to the lift. Lots of noise also coming from the room above that did disrupt our sleep."

"After booking and before arrival, communication was very easy and fast and complete. The whole place is spotlessly clean. This is the first and only place I did not mind not having a private bathroom. Any time of day it was clean as if it had just been cleaned. The room is very spacious and well equipped with water cooker and even tea and coffee. The bed is comfy. The only minus I can think of is that it is not really sound proof. "We weren't allowed to use the pool, hot tub or sauna, priority guven to a wedding reception. Some mosquitoes were aound and Japanese beetles. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Villa was nice."

"Nice place and owners are very helpful and friendly. Room was large and clean and the AC worked well. The owners are trying on there breakfast but it is self serve and we did not find much we liked. the meat and cheese is like processed lunch meat and did not look fresh. The bread was also processed and not fresh. Over all a very nice place."

"We loved the Social Hub in Bologna! The staff is very kind and its very close to the station, so it was easy for us to take day trips around the surrounding area. I could stay longer. It is also a student accommodation, but since we were on the third floor, we didn’t really hear students"
