"The hotel was a good place to stay before flying home after a 4 week vacation in Italy. The room was clean. It had ample room for our luggage so we could repack before our flight, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. The few things that we didn't like were not important enough for us not to stay there again, but I will mention them to help others make a decision. Great hotel, perfectly situated

"We were looking for a place in the Trastevere area of Rome but weren't sure exactly where. We had great luck in choosing UNAHOTELS. The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly (special thanks to Melania, who was very patient with us!). They were very helpful in providing advice on the area, how to get around, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable, including a large bathroom with two sinks, and a great shower. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. I would recommend that patrons elect breakfast, as the buffet was bountiful and fresh, and the service exceptional. A special thanks to Bea, one of the wonderful breakfast staff who was friendly and helpful. "

Enjoyed our stay at Villa Zaccardi.

" I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Zaccardi with my family recently, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the incredible staff. From the moment we checked in, everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. We requested an early check-in and they even upgraded our room at no cost. Whether we needed recommendations for local attractions the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself is immaculately clean—you can tell they take great pride in maintaining their space. Bank is just next to the hotel, convenient store, pizza place , pharmacy all around the corner. 7 minute walk to bus stop and $20 cab ride to city. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!"
