"This is lovely hotel and the staff was great. We had half board and the dinner options and food were fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The thermal spa is wonderful and the beach is good with great sandy bottom and easy to swim."

"The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well."

"The room was lovely and bright with a great view. I didn’t find much to do around the hotel besides the beach, but it was pretty convenient to the highway so I could go and explore."

"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "

"Great location and found the staff on reception and in general all week to be excellent and helpful - great that there are a couple of blocks and options in terms of pool areas and bars - only slight issue we found is lifts and waiting - because of the split between buildings and separate lifts for getting to beach and main pool, you often have to wait for multiple trips for lift whixh are also really small so if you have a baby and pram like we did you cant fit or share with others so often had...

"Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night."

What a wonderful spot!

"I was greeted by Laura, who had emailed a few days before my arrival, and she was just lovely. My room was available earlier than anticipated and Laura happily helped get me checked-in straight away. I got a quick tour of the room, some info about the hotel, spa facilities, breakfast arrangements etc. Once again, really friendly and super helpful. The accommodation is lovely - cleanliness was perfect, the design details I loved, the bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, along with the shower facilities etc. I used the spa facilities on day 1 and it was so nice to have it all to yourself - I really like that system, particularly as a solo traveller, but equally for couples it's a lovely space to relax and recoup. I didn't use any of the dining facilities as there are so many wonderful choices in and around Palma."
