"Package got delivered to hotel. Hôtel told us that they did not receive a package and nothing was in the mailbox. When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip. Interesting hotel in odd building

"Even though I booked in advance they did not have the correct room, they gave us a family room instead. The breakfast was pleasant to much sweet cakes for my liking though. The parking was paid for but the space was in an alley behind an empty building, not safe or secure. The staff were pleasant and eager to please."
