The hotel is in an excellent area. We walked everywhere! The bed was comfy and our room (#214) had an almost perfect view of the Christmas market. If we had been one room over we could have seen the clock from our window. Biggest negative was the hot water. We rarely had any! We complained twice and apparently we were the only people in the hotel having the issue. Very strange and frustrating!! The bathroom was small with minimal storage space. There was no recognition of my VIP status. Not even a free drink like we got in hotel in Vienna.

The hotel is extremely clean. It is like walking to a museum. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Service and food in the resturant is excellent as well. Just walking distant from city centre. Would definitly stay here again.
