"What a wonderful hotel! The front desk staff are amazing! We had an issue unrelated to the hotel (crashed iPhone) and they worked with us while we got it resolved. We so appreciate their kindness. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was beautiful and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Oslo!"

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. "Love that this hotel is connected to the train station. So convenient. We arrived at 10:30pm from our Norway in a Nutshell tour and just walked a little to get to the hotel, and then in the morning it was just a hop, skip and a jump to get to the airport train. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, although we like to toast our bread, and there wasn't a toaster. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you get a room looking out towards the Munch Museum, the view is incredible!"
