"It was terrible from the beginning until the end. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not working (no hot water, only cold, the dryer empty under the sink right under the floor), no key for the room (not working), lots of noise from the neighbours, the welcome was cold as ice, far from the center, well, we were happy to leave this place. It’s pretty a shame because the hotel could have been really good if the place was a bit maintained."

"I loved this hotel in Champasak. It was so tranquil and friendly. Loved going to the back garden and sitting on the Mekong river to read. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was amazing, with a good mix of western and local food. I would definately recommend this little gem of a hotel for pure relaxation and enjoying your time in Laos. "The resort has much potential. Sadly it is poorly managed and with the exception of the pool very dirty. There is dust on all surfaces in the room , the windows look as if they haven’t been cleaned for weeks, the staff appear unmotivated and lazy. The food was good in the restaurant, but not so the service, breakfast was okay. There is not much competition nearby as Tad Fane resort is regularly booked out. "
