"Lovely modern hotel with excellent helpful staff. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. While it is convenient for the train station the area is under development so it’s a mixture of new and derelict buildings which didn’t inspire confidence especially at night. It’s quite a distance into Bordeaux centre and the commute wasn’t helped by the trams in the area not running. However, once we understood the bus services we coped fine. Despite these issues would stay there again for the quality of hotel and service."

"Great location, clean, had everything I needed for an excellent price. Stéphane and Inricia were both very kind and allowed me to leave my bags with them for a few hours the day I checked out."

Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche Ona - Bordeaux
5/5 Excellent
"This hotel was really great in terms of service and comfort. There are actually 2 hotels that are slightly apart but run as one which got a bit confusing but it all worked out because the staff was so great. Asked for a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and they were great in accommodating. Staff so nice in asking us if we needed reservations or maps or suggestions. Rooms small but comfortable. Lift is tiny! 2 people plus a small bag each was pretty much all it could accomodate. The best part was the location! So convenient to so many restaurants, bakeries and shopping. Highly recommend."

"Quiet, spacious rooms, easy to check in and leave luggage as required. Right next to the tram stop so easy to get to/from the airport. Walkable to cathedral and town centre within 10-20 mins. Good restaurants and convenient shops nearby."

"This nice and modern aparthotel is well maintained and its location is very convenient as there is a tram station just half a block away. You can be in Bordeaux’s historic center in less than 20 minutes and if you’re traveling to the next destination by train, the train station (Saint-Jeanne) is just half an hour away at just 3.3 Euros per person. I highly recommend this hotel. I would book again. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment about that. The staff is friendly and they explain well to you what you can do in town. "
