The service was poor. The sink had a clogged drain. They never brought clean towels. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The breakfast was not good at all. I dont recommend anyone staying here at the hotel in Paducah.

First impression was very good. Was very clean. Nice room . But, got very little sleep. Walls must be paper thin. Heard conversations, tv, and snoring from other rooms all night! They must realize it's a problem because all over the hotel are signs saying quiet time is 9:00pm to 7:00 am .

My wife and I are both short and the beds were so high, they were difficult to get in and out of.

I would highly recommend this location. Just outside the actually city with close driving and also many eateries. The hotel has signs on each floor that specifically state quiet hours which was such a relief. All hotel should do that. Will be staying here from now on when visiting the areas. The front desk associates were very friendly as well.

The smell in the reception area is over powering what ever air freshener they are using they should stop it is very unpleasant. The coffee is bad need to looking into changing services

First impressions not great in a very hotel populated area. Suggest uniforms of some kind for front desk staff. Or a dress code of something business casual. The feeling is industrial in this lobby. The rooms are well appointed nice and clean and modern. Bed is comfortable.

There was no breakfast 2 of the days and no warning ahead of time re that. The coffee downstairs was really awful the two times we tried it! Couldn’t drink it, was really bad! We won’t stay here again.
