Room size was great and it had a fully appointed kitchenette which made having dinner and relaxing in the room very easy. Room was very clean but hallway rugs needed a good vacuuming. Staff was very warm n welcoming

This was marked as a non smoking facility but the 4th floor smelled of pot. Evidently the non smoking rules are not enforced.

The room was very dirty there were small black hairs in the freezer and cockroaches in the room, we only stayed for about an hour and packed up our stuff and took the $175 loss and paid for another room in a different hotel.

The bed was comfortable. The night staff that checked us in was friendly, but the person who checked us out was incredibly rude. The bathroom was gross, I took pictures because it was the nastiest experience I have ever had. I got up early to shower and when I went to get out grabbed a towel, and there was feces stains on it. Bathtub was not cleaned and there were no Kleenex, just empty boxes. Disgusting and lazy housekeeping. Will NEVER stay in this hotel again. Which broke my heart because I loved the last Candlewood I stayed in. I was so looking forward to a clean room and hot shower after the week I had. What a disappointment. Do better!!!!

No food service unless you purchase from snack shop in lobby. After hours of travel, guests do not want to fix mealand do dishes. Also dont have desire to leave property..otherwise nicely comfortable and secure.

It was ok but doubt I stay at one of these again. No hot water in my room the 2 days I was there. I also had my dog and the only place to bring the dog out pretty nice but the door to get out to it would always lock and no room key would unlock it to let you back in. It was a major hassle with the dog had to go around and right through the middle of everybody to get back to my room every time. Staff was very friendly. One would think the money they charge they could upgrade some stuff to make guests more comfortable. Will be going back to the American inn in Paducah for the rest of 6 months in town.

Check in took 30 min. Dog couldn't be brought thru the extremely small lobby per the rules. Had to use a scary side door. Very smelly room. Lg sized frig shook very loudly. Thermostat on wall didn't work. Dingy atmosphere at 180.00 a night

I encountered a serious cleanliness issue in my room. To my horror, I discovered black mold on the bathroom faucet. This is a major health concern and indicates a lack of proper maintenance and sanitation. It is unacceptable for any hotel to have such a blatant oversight in their hygiene standards. In conclusion, my stay at Candlewood was marred by these significant issues. The lack of a hot breakfast and the presence of black mold greatly affected my overall experience. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these problems to ensure future guests do not encounter the same disappointing situation.

Horrible stay..... had to switch 2 off the 3 rooms in my party because they smelled. They latter person in my party of 3 said his room smelled bad too, so he just dealt with it. There was smoke on the 3rd floor. The showers were dirty. No hot water in one of the rooms. To top it all off, I was approached about halfway filling up my small cooler with ice. I was told that the hotel didn't allow coolers to be filled up with ice... after I asked where the ice machine was. Then i was questioned whether I was a weekly guest or a nightly guest because i could've used the ice machine in the freezer. Never gonna stay there again!!!
