"Customer service was excellent. Restaurant attached to the hotel was great, we ate there several times. The breakfast that came with our stay was also excellent, lots of selections. Our day trip train tickets were cancelled due to a strike and the desk clerk was able to provide us information about how to reschedule. He was also very helpful in scheduling airport shuttle when it was time for us to leave. This is a small hotel but very friendly and helpful, would stay here again. Great location...

"Area around hotel not great, next to motorway tolls. Room quite dated, but clean. Only one mains power outlet in room, no USB ports either. "

"I booked two rooms at this hotel, a four bed family room and a twin room. It is a small family run hotel and we were made very welcome. The rooms all have air conditioning, which in July in Italy is a must, en suite bathroom and a stocked fridge with a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Parking is within the grounds of the hotel and this is secured at night, there is also the choice of a secure garage if required at a small additional cost. I would certainly stay at this hotel...

"Excellent 2 day stay, very close to the train station, although no restaurant there are plenty within easy walking distance. Walked for miles around the town and always felt safe. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. "

"I do not know if to start with the kindness and professionalism of the staff or the premises themselves which are just amazing. This small boutique hotel is located at a 2 min walking distance from the basilica of saint Antonio and has all the attributes of a 4-star hotel ( although rated only 2, which is definitely not the case), starting from the very modern nicely furnished rooms to the excellent breakfast with pastries coming from the best pastry shop in town, freshly squeezed orange juice...
