"Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests. "Had high expectations. The staff at the resort tried their best to accommodate the guests needs. The resort is on a cliff and carries spectacular views. Unfortunately, as hard as the staff worked, the facilities need some major maintenance and improvements. The room water pressure was almost nonexistent. Hot or cold.
