"Everything was good inside hotel. My room had two balconies! I could check in early and all was good. This hotel and Hotel Emily across the plaza are same owner,same funishings. I picked 2 days at each and I can tell right away Ciros is much better. "

"Rooms have no closet! No removable hangers in a cabinet, difficult to hang cloth and not high enough to keep the cloth hanging correctly. Hotel is a mix of new and very old, they still have entry door locks with keys, very inconvenient;
They have “push here” stickers in the draw cabinets and a glass water bottle with peel off sticker of the hotel’s name where you can buy it :(
They have a great restaurant attached to the lobby with great food, had breakfast twice and it was good, other than...

"Upon arrival , the person at the front desk they told us they did not work with Expedia and only through Booking. We then asked if we could just reserve directly through them and they told me they did not take cards. Super inconvenient. "

"Nice, modern hotel. Close to bus station. Convenient having Walmart at just a short walk…as I needed to grab a few things. I utilized the restaurant a few times but certainly some nice places nearby. Good security feature with elevator. Have to put your key in a reader to go to your floor. Downside…weird design with entrance and lobby on separate floors. Someone saw I was confused and told me where to checkin. Easy to hear noise in other rooms but with mainly families and business travelers this wasnʻt an issue upon sleeping. Would stay here again."
