Buena atención del personal, céntrico, faltaría mejorar el servicio del baño en cuánto a espacio de regadera y cancel seguro, estantes para objetos de baño limpieza, porta papel higiénico. Es desagradable tener en canasta y en el piso la canasta. (Más higiénico estantes).

Está muy bien ubicado en el mero centro de Real del Monte. Tanto la plaza como la zona de restaurantes están a unos pasos. Desde la habitación se escuchan las campanadas de la iglesia y eso me gustó mucho. La habitación está bien, de buen tamaño; es un poco fría, pero la colcha y las cobijas están muy calientitas, entonces pudimos dormir bien, sin frío. Las personas en recepción son muy amables y atentas. Nos sentimos bienvenidos, nos trataron muy bien.

No recomendable
Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, la primera habitación tenía el techo inclinado a 1 metro de altura y no podías estar parado en esa parte; la segunda habitación era exageradamente pequeña y la cama king size estaba pegada a la pared por lo que tenías que gatear sobre la cama para acostarte y NO hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Lo positivo es la amabilidad de los muchachos de la recepción y la ubicación del hotel.

Me gustó la ubicación. El wifi no funcionó, la habitación huele a drenaje, en la mañana echaron a andar la bomba del agua y nos despertó, nos tocó una habitación del cuarto piso, están muy incomodas, el techo muy bajo, es como para niños, entra mucha luz por la ventana, las cortinas muy claras. No me volvería a hospedar en ese hotel

La habitación es demasiado pequeña. La cama está pegada a la pared y no se puede salir de ella por ese lado. Muy ruidoso. Estuvieron llegando huéspedes en la noche hablando y cantando. No nos dieron vista a la montaña. De hecho es planta baja. No era necesario reservar tienen disponibilidad y no dan preferencia por haberla hecho con anticipación. Los chicos de recepción son muy amables, pero eso es aparte de lo incómodo de la habitación. El estacionamiento queda en otra parte y hay que esperar a que vayan por uno y se lleven el auto.

Excelente lugar para descansar, desde el momento en que llegas al Hotel el personal que se encuentra en recepción te da un trato unico, se preocupan por que tu estancia sea increíble, las habitaciones son bastante comodas, limpias y acogedoras, cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento tiene un costo muy accesible y el Sr del Valet parking es muy amable, muy recomendado. Por ultimo cuentan con Restaurante el cual esta dentro del Hotel y los alimentos son muy buenos. Volvere pronto

El hotel sin duda es magnifico, las recepcionistas son muy amables al igual como el señor del valet parking, la ubicacion es increible ya que se encuentra a unos cuantos pasos del centro, dentro del Hotel cuentan con restaurante el cual eso hace tu estancia aun mejor, los costos son bastante accesibles y el servicio que te ofrecen los meseros es bueno. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo.

El clima de la zona es perfecto como para usar la sala de espera que está frente a la recepción como una área donde podrían colocar una pequeña amenidad de café, de igual manera ahí mismo podrían promover desayunos continentales o un mini bufet o desayuno completo como una forma de up selling, no usamos el servicio de restaurante por qué prácticamente estuvimos fuera desde temprano hasta tarde haciendo actividades. Pero hubiera sido genial despertar y dirigirte a una área donde pudieras tomar o comer algo rápido, la estancia en general bien. Las Chicas de recepción siempre atentas.El hotel justo frente a la plaza principal y acceso a todo, muy cerca de la propiedad farmacia,tiendas, restaurantes etc etc. Nos hubiera gustado una habitación con vista a las montañas pero no fue posible. El estacionamiento está a unas cuadras pero lo solicitas en la recepción y te llevan el auto en un lapso de 10 a 15 minutos. Sería bueno mejorar el sistema de agua caliente ya que se desperdicia mucha mientras esperas a que salga a una buena temperatura. Esperamos volver pronto. Saludos desde Los Cabos B.C.S.
